Scoring Spree Continues At Beech Park
'Bring Me Sunshine', a song synonymous with Morecombe and Wise, could well be adopted by the PRTV Society, because for the second week running, the fine weather brought on more excellent scoring, this time at Beech Park Golf Club.
Dancing his way to overall success was Des Long with 41pts, made to battle all the way by local members Tom Fleming (40pts) and Brian Kelly (38pts).
As one might expect, the course was in great playing condition, with some interesting pins certain to challenge the faint hearted.
It is always a pleasure to play at Beech Park and we are indebted to Brian and everyone at the Club for making this visit as memorable as previous ones, and like The Terminator, we'll be back.
