Co.Meath success for Niall
On Monday 14th April, Niall Mathews channeled his inner Rory
to win this year's Stanley Bergin Trophy at Co. Meath.
Just like Augusta the previous evening, two players finished at the head of the field, but instead of a sudden death playoff, the countback system was used to resolve the tie which favoured Niall over the gallant runner-up Myles Cronan.
