Aidan claims the win at Beech Park
Having been denied top spot last year by the narrowest of margins, Aidan Butler, playing off 8 hcap, made no mistake at this year's PRTV outing to Beech Park as he took the overall prize with a super score of 37pts, one better than locan man Tom Fleming.
On a glorious day for golf, short sleeves were the shirts of choice, but while scores may not have matched the weather for the majority of the large turnout, an enjoyable day was had by all. The golf course is always in excellent playing condition when we visit and this was no exception. Our appreciation goes to the hard working greenkeepers for their hard work. We are especially thankful to the bar and catering staff for looking after us following the golf and of course to Brian Kelly for organising the visit once more.
