Captain Tom is the King of Beech Park
Having emerged victorious at last year's President's Prize at this venue, Tom Fleming once again displayed all of his local knowledge to take the honours at the PRTV outing on Monday 6th July. He was pressed all the way by Paul Naughton before eventually winning by virtue of a better inward half, both players having returned 34pts.
The weather on the day was a reminder that summer still exists, with glorious sunshine and temperatures in the high 20s, showing off the splendid work of David Callinan and his greenkeeping team in the best possible light.
Our association with Beech Park extends over the past 25 years, and we look forward to returning many more times in the future.
