2018 Charity Day @ Forrest Little

This year, the Charity Day was held on Monday 24th Sept. at its usual venue, Forrest Little.
On a beautiful day, Forrest Little looked in fine fettle, having recovered well from the damage inflicted by the recent storms, and was once more a joy to play.
Although numbers participating were a little down on previous years, the quality of golf was not diminished, as John Foley's team, with 91pts, had just enough to spare over the team captained by Peter Rea on 90pts to secure first pick of the 4-ball vouchers. Fourteen other teams also secured vouchers and the Society is again grateful to all those Clubs for their welcome support.
Forrest Little has been the host venue for this annual event for many years now, and we thank everyone at this popular North Dublin club for their continuing hospitality.
As is customary, the designated charity will be revealed at the AGM in 2019.
