Rain is no damper for Paddy at Grange
In complete contrast to last year's outing, the 2024 edition at Grange took place on Monday 25th March in somewhat different weather conditions. The forcast was for prolonged showery spells and so it proved, with mist and rain predominant from start to finish, thus having a strong bearing on the turnout.
Nevertheless, some good golf shone through the gloom as Paddy O'Connor emerged the victor on a countback from Deirdre Healy, both returning 34pts.
We are again grateful to Grange for facilitating us especially the Bar and Catering staff for looking after us so well.
Grange has always been a challenging but delightful course to play, and our hope is that the weather gods will be kinder next time.
