More Glory for Brian at Greystones

As is now customary, the runup to Christmas began on Monday 9th October with the first 'Christmas Fare' outing of the year at Greystones, where Brian Moran showed that his recent good form has not deserted him by returning the best score on the day (33pts) to edge out Tom Fleming by 2pts, and John Foley by 3pts.
The autumn sunshine helped to display the Greystones course in all its splendour and an enjoyable day was had by all, irrespective of the scoring.
As usual, the bar and catering hospitality was first class and we are grateful to Greystones for hosting the PRTV Society once again.
As we will not be playing at Lisheen Springs this year, our next outing will be the Christmas Outing to Royal Dublin on Monday 9th December. Please contact Paul to get your name on the timesheet.

We are saddened to learn of the recent passing of another of our former members, Les Tynan. He is fondly remembered by everyone who knew him and we extend our condolences to Les's family and friends. May he rest in peace.
