Elaine registers first overall win at St. Margaret's
In 2019, St. Margaret's Golf and Country Club first appeared on the PRTV calendar, and the winning score then was 39pts. On Tuesday 24th May 2022, Elaine Healy first appeared at St. Margarets as a Press Radio and TV Society member and took first prize also with 39pts, and although scoring was good for the most part, her nearest challengers, Marian Judge and Martin Clancy finished a distant 4pts back on 35pts.
With the course looking and playing immaculately, it was a pleasure to be back at this North Dublin Championship venue, and we are grateful to local member Brian Moran for organising what look as though it has become an annual fixture. Our thanks also to the hard working greenkepers for the presentation of the course, and the staff of the Pro Shop for their assistance and hospitality. Another enjoyable experience.
